Dr. Pheona Mohamed-Rambaran is an accomplished clinical laboratory leader with extensive experience in medical laboratory management, quality systems, and accreditation. As Head of Laboratory Services at Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation and an ISO technical auditor, she has led major quality improvements, developed robust laboratory systems, and advanced clinical training. She is also a dedicated researcher and long-standing lecturer in medical technology.
